Yanwen Express (Free shipping)
- Our store uses YunExpress door-to-door delivery service . After the customer places an order, our store will contract the freight and send it to the address left by the client after the product is produced. It takes about 10-16 days including the prodcution and shipping.
- For the YunExpress door-to-door delivery service, if the customer fails to receive the goods within the delivery time, the courier will send the goods to the nearest post office and notify the customer to pick up the package by themselves.
- After delivery, the tracking number of the shipment will be notified by email, and customers can check the logistics status on the official website of YunExpress.
- If the customer does not receive the package, the package will be returned to the warehouse, and the courier company will contact you to arrange a re-delivery time, or you will go to the warehouse to pick up the package in person. Please note that your package will arrive at the warehouse within one to two business days of the initial delivery. If the customer has not picked up the package after the deadline, the courier company will have the opportunity to regard the customer as giving up the package, and Cuswelry shall not be responsible for the relevant situation.
