Return and Refund
This policy is valid for 10 days. In order to complete the return process, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Since each product is customized by customers, in some cases, returns and refunds cannot be provided:
* Goods with obvious signs of use
* Any item that is not in its original condition, including damage or missing parts not caused by our company's fault.

* Any item being recieved more than 10 days
* If the product fails to meet the ideal delivery time, wrong choice, product does not meet the demand and other personal reasons, it will not be approved.

Refund Arrangement
- Refunds will be charged a 3% (Hong Kong) or 5% (Internation) credit card fee. We will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified if the refund has been approved or declined.
If the refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original form of payment within 7-14 business days.

Refund delayed or lost
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be credited.
Next, please contact your bank. Refunds usually take a while to post.

Exchange
Since each product is customized by customers, we will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace the same item, please send an email to cuswelry.co@gmail.com for details.

Transport
To return a product, please email cuswelry.co@gmail.com for details.

When returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for you to receive your replacement product may vary.

If you're shipping items worth more than $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned merchandise.
